Quiet and really handy location for visiting Hamilton, it's near Hamilton and the surrounding area and the airport, Hamilton, Cambridge and Mystery creek. The room is reasonably priced.

Central location and quiet and great hotel itself. And just off both the conference centre and the airport, the restaurant and the main airport road.

Pleasant overnight stay, I would absolutely stay here again.

The location is comfortable and quiet, 5 minutes' walk to Kartsport Hamilton. The rooms are a nice size and the bathrooms are large...

We had a fantastic stay! The shower pressure was awesome and the staff provided great customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent, with the beef fillet and pork ribs cooked to perfection. The reception was nothing short of AMAZING - she organized the extra bed for our room and checked us in early , putting my mind at ease. The hotel was clean, tidy, and comfortable. There was plenty of milk for coffee and the fridge was running when we arrived, which was important for me as a diabetic to keep my insulin cool. The hotel's location right next to the airport made it easy for us to walk there, and it was also close to the Mystery Creek Event Center.

Everything was fantastic.

It was conveniently located near Kartsport Hamilton and I had a comfortable experience overall.

Very comfortable bed. The 24hour servce at front desk we had to leave at 3am inthe morning

When turning on the light the fuse blow, having said that I went to the front desk and this was dealt with straight away and staff were very good but couldnt help feeling the this mite have happen a few times before.

The receptionist was helpful with early check-in and extra beds. Cleanliness was excellent in terms of bedding and towels. Staff, like Phillip and PG, were attentive and organized a busy dinner. The strategic location was quiet despite being close to the airport.

The breakfast was full cooked, the check in was easy. Besides, free parking was available.

Sofa bed in lounge very uncomfortable and would not have suited adults - let alone 2 people. Could do with more space in fridge as no room for our personal food items. TV a bit small. Possibly should be bigger ?

Had a standard room that was very comfortable & had two beds, one queen & 1 sgle. Good heating in room and plenty of space. Restaurant meal was very nice, good quality eye fillet steak that was cooked just right.

TV in the room was pretty basic, as was the number of channels available. A couple of small holes in the walls, one in the bathroom & one in the bedroom area could have been fixed.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed and all the amenities we could ask for. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the room, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a lovely restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The location was also ideal, being right at the airport made it very convenient for our travels.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Would be nice if there was a microwave in the room,overall the whole Place was good.

Unfortunately, I stayed only one night. It was mainly to sleep, as I had to be at another destination the next day.

I found it quite expensive for what it is really.
